Treatment of lump: the shot you got is an anti inflammatory medication and the swelling may be normal. As long as there is no pus or significant redness at the area, you can put an ice pack or cold compress/pack onto the region and rest the shoulder and it should gradually go away in a few days. If you develop worsening swelling or other symptoms such as fever or significant pain you should see your doctor asap.
