I have endometriom which is 54cm size & i became obese now. so if i walk 100 steps/min. so is there chance of twisted or rupture of cyst?

Always a possibility: This is still a very small cyst. The cahnce of this twisting is low. Any type of cst can leak or rupture. Walking should not have any effect. Discuss your options with you ob/gyn.
