Need more info: Follow up with your doctor. Likely, a lot of workup has been done, including exam. Start here, because we doctors need feedback on patient conditions in order to assess severity of illness, consider other diagnoses, etc. It is impossible to tell you what this is in this format. Your doctor, even without a final diagnosis, is working a "differential diagnosis" that can eventually help diagnose.

Work in progress: I agree with Dr Farley, sometimes diagnoses will take a few (or several) consults to find an answer. I assume you are referring to moving your bowels when you say 'using the bathroom'. This could be constipation-related, particularly if you experience pain in the rectum - this is easily treated. If it doesn't settle, you may require further testing +/- referral to a specialist for a camera test.
