Go to the ER now: It sounds like your baby is getting dehydrated. That is an emergency! Please take him/her to the ER now. He needs IV fluids ASAP.

Seek care now: Since you r child cannot hydrate, has decreased urine output, and looks ill, I recommend taking him or her to the nearest Emergency Room to be seen. You may need tests and possibly some IV fluids. Good luck!
