Get a blood test: If you had intercourse (sex) during the 10-15 day of your menstrual cycle and it was unprotected, you could have spotty blood. A negative urine test doesn't always rule out pregnancy. I recommend you see your family doctor and get a blood test. Use protection, condoms and oral contraceptives if you do not want to be pregnant. If you want to get pregnant take a prenatal or any vitamin daily.
