Cleanliness and OCD: OCD is not necessarily about cleanliness. It is an anxiety disorder. One key feature of the disorder is that it causes impairment to your daily functioning. Just simply having a preference for cleanliness is not necessarily a disorder. (I prefer it so it must be normal right? :)
