Stop: It can help many people. If it doesn't help at first, you might need an increase in the medication ar a switch to another ssri.

Fluoxetin use in OCD: Did you mean fluoxetin? Fluoxetin is used for ocd, usualy in higher doses like 40or 60 mg daily. 20 mg might be helpful for some patients. Floxin (ofloxacin) however is used for urinary tract infections.
