Not recommended: Many herbals/supplements are poorly studied and dosing is variable. Plus reported increases in Testosterone are not going to be as significant as a direct IM injection of testosterone provided through your doctor. Consult your GP for risks and benefits of testosterone supplementation. A deficiency can be simply diagnosed with some basic blood work.
