See OB-GYN: I am unable to find out what CD5 is, but great pain is never normal. Please see a gynecologist as soon as possible to help sort this out. If you are on a medicine which simulates menopause to help with pain from endometriosis or uterine adenomyosis, and this isn't working, your gynecologist may suggest a hysterectomy.

Hormonal imbalance: It sounds like you are going through some kind of hormonal imbalance. I don't know your age, but, could you be starting menopause? Sometimes it appears prematurely. Please discuss your symptoms and check on your options with your gynecologist. That's my best advise.
