Be sure to take a prenatal vitamin with appropriate folic acid and iodine supplementation especially in iodine deficient areas. Intercourse during pregnancy is okay. Intercourse: is not going to affect pregnancy Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health. but certainly a pregnancy is an indication to see the obstetrician for vitamins, and best follow up. alcohol/drugs of abuse bad. Ocean fish we worry a bit about due to heavy metals (tank farmed fish quite safe). Otherwise food.. not so critical.
