Congratulations: In terms of diet, eating a healthy diet is important. There are no specific limitations though one should be careful about mercury if consuming lots of fish. Be sure to take a prenatal vitamin with appropriate folic acid and iodine supplementation especially in iodine deficient areas. Intercourse during pregnancy is okay. Obtain and f/u on proper prenatal care. Screen for infection, HTN, diabetes

Intercourse: is not going to affect pregnancy Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health. but certainly a pregnancy is an indication to see the obstetrician for vitamins, and best follow up. alcohol/drugs of abuse bad. Ocean fish we worry a bit about due to heavy metals (tank farmed fish quite safe). Otherwise food.. not so critical.
