Possible UTI: You may be dealing with a urinary tract infection or a vaginal yeast infection. You should check either with your primary doc or OB/GYN since they will likely wish to do a direct visual inspection of the vaginal area including not only the labia majora....but the minora as well! Possible STI: If you are sexually active this could represent contact irritation from a latex condom. If engaged in unprotected intercourse, the tingling and pain could represent a sexually transmitted infection (STI) like genital herpes. Your immune system may suppress it before a sore erupts, however I would suggest you see a doctor to have the area examined and direct any necessary treatment.

Unsure: It would require a physical exam and possibly taking a sample of the vaginal discharge for microscopic exam and/or cultures to determine what is causing your symptoms. You should see your doctor.
