Complicated: Much too complicated a medical history to really make suggestions regarding his care without knowing him. I'd recommend a pediatric neurologist that is an expert in the field or at a large pediatric teaching hospital.

There are other medi: there are other medications, the vagus nerve stimulator or ketogenic diet. Speak to your neurologist.
