Yeast infection?: There are a few possibilities such as a urinary tract infection, yeast infection or bacterial vaginosis, I would recommend seeing your doctor to evaluate for theses three possible causes.

Vaginal discharge: Do you use tampons? If you do then you might have an infection. I highly recommend you see a GYN for evaluation.
