Your chances R slim: Chance of stillbirths in USA = 6/1000 Higher risk rates for Women 35 years old or older, with Malnutrition, Inadequate prenatal care, who Smoke, drink Alcohol and abuse drugs, or from African-American ethnicity. I would recommend that you meet with a psychologist to help you with your GAD. Reducing your anxiety will help prepare you for your new child and help you in parenting all your children.

Dont worry.: Severe anxiety and panic attacks may have negative affect on pregnancy. If you do not have any other health issues, well treated GAD is not a risk factor for MC or stillbirth. Make sure your anxiety is under well control with adequate medication from your family doc or psychiatrist. If you have other health issues discuss with your OB doc if those issues are risk factors for SB or MC
