During pcod treatment how to know that the person is pregnant?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Test: Hi. Depends on how the PCOS is being treated. Obviously, not with BCP's. Metformin can help normalize periods and promote ovulation. If you are taking spirolactone and you think you're pregnant, STOP the spironolactone. Do a pregnancy test to see if your pregnant. With irregular periods, you can't really use "missing a period" as an indicator. It comes down to doing a pregnancy test.
