Worrisome...: A 5cm complex cyst with all the other symptoms you describe is worrisome for something more serious. You should take care of this right away. The ovary may need to be surgically removed. It isn't a simple problem and there is a lot of additional information needed to advise you. Your Gyn is the best doc to tell you how to proceed.
