Symptomatic?: If the stones are symptomatic and moving down the ureter then there are several options. The first is to let them pass naturally. If the stone gets stuck then the urologist has several options including lithotripsy or scope procedure to remove the stone.

Nada: Can't get rid of them, unless someone goes up inside you and removes them. Sometimes taking certain chemicals to make your urine more basic or acidic can help dissolve them, but the very best thing you can do is constantly drink lots of liquids to dilute your urine so that you form less stones and *maybe* help dissolve the ones you have.
