Yes: Tooth pain can be seen with a sinus infection. Of course it could be due to a dental issue as well.

Tooth pain: Yes, pain in your teeth or face with motion could be sinusitis or could just be a bad cavity. You should try an anti inflammatory like motrin and if you have a high fever or your symptoms do not improve in a day or two then you should see your doctor and you will probably need to take an antibiotic.
