Periods/tampon i've had my period for a few years now and i've tried tampons. it's all fine until i go to take them out it hurts really bad advice?

Usually means ..: That your tampon is too dry, as in it's too absorbent or your "flow" is to little, and often both. You may to use lighter absorbency tampons, particularly at the end of your period. They are often classified as light, regular, super, super plus and ultra. So try to be mindful of the absorbency of tampons if and when you buy them next. Best of luck.
