I have had a bad odor for a while now which i think is caused by my tampon usage (ive always had a lot of discharge, which i was told was normal) its worse after my period and i have no idea how to get rid of it. its embarrassing?

Vaginal odor: There are some vaginal infections which cause this, so see your healthcare provider for an exam and culture. Sometimes a tampon may be present in the upper vagina, which was not removed (the string may not be visible).
