Confusing: If your male partner is not on treatment and has a detectable viral load then the sperm can be washed and you can be inseminated with non-infectious sperm. The sperm would not come from a condom. If he is on treatment and undetectable you cannot contract HIV from him. I don't understand what a condom has to do with this situation.
