Abdomenal wall: If the pain is in the abdominal wall you can test it by tensing abdominal wall and see if the pain persists or resolves. If it persists and get worse is abdominal wall most likely. If the pain is less and it may be an inside the abdomen problem. You need to see your physician for clarification.

Nonspecific : That doesn't point to a single diagnosis. Much info missing such as onset, duration, radiation, aggravating and alleviating factor, and intensity to name a few. This is separate from an overall look at past and current medical conditions, medications, etc. If persistent, or progressive, see your primary care. If severe, may need to go to the ER.
