This past 5-6 days my left side of my jaw (condyle area) hurts when I start chewing or moving it side to side. Will it get better on its own and how long? Any remedies to heal the process faster? Thank you?
My jaw is sore on the left side, it gets worse when I chew to the point that it seems to be popping/clicking. My ear and head take turns hurting as well. All my symptoms are alliviated by me being quite and not moving my mouth. Do I need to consult.
