GET SEEN, please: Shortness of breath and 'accelerated' (fast) heart beat are 2 good reasons to get seen right away. The possible diagnoses include heart problems (arrythmias..) or lung problems (e.g. Pulmonary embolus...). Associated dizziness/headache are concerning.
