Two Issues: Cramping is not a symptom of early pregnancy. But, at set for a urinary infection is not a pregnancy test. These are different and separate issues. If you feel you could also be pregnant, besides having a UTI, then you need to do a pregnancy test.

Pregnant?: If you think you may be pregnant the best way to find out is to get a home urine test kit and check a first AM voided specimen. If negative, test again in 7-10 days. Missing a period when you have an illness is not unusual, and if a doctor knows you are pregnant they would be ethically obligated to tell you. Did you suggest the possibility to them, and did they test you?
