Exam: possible gallbladder illness. You should be checked and have and abdominal ultrasound as well as a physical exam.

There are other reasons for your symptoms like gastritis, liver problems or lesions, constipation, among others. Try to get evaluated with a provider that can check your abdominal area and possibly order tests. If you experience severe pain, vomiting, fever go to ED.
