Difficult to tell: Without taking a look at it it is difficult to figure out what it is. In any case, if this is a painful eye lesion my best recommendation is to see an Ophthalmologist (eye doctor) as soon as possible.

Ophthalmolgy: consultsation. This is a sun exposed area of the face and should be examined. It is possible that it is only a comedone ( blackhead) or benign mole- but it must be examined and checked.
