A member asked:

When i go for jogging, can i run on road or i should run on soft surfaces like park.?im 17 yrs old.would running on road will cause problem??? thanks.

Run where you like: The human body is amazing at adapting to exercise. When you run avoid landing on your heels with a fully extended leg. If you land with your foot flat to the ground or on your toes, your muscles absorb most of the shock and running is a lot less painful. Enjoy getting out and exercising.
