No: Left varicocele will not cause right testicular pain. A small indirect right inguinal hernia will cause right testicular pain.A doctor can check that with a physical exam by inserting his or her finger into the right inguinal ring area and asking you to cough. There may also be a different cause of the right sided pain. Talk to your doctor,not necessarily the urologist.Best wishes.
