Penile sensation: There are many reasons the tip of the penis can become sensitive. Although is is PROBABLY not due to an STD, you should be evaluated Nd an STD ruled out. It can be due to friction from your penis rubbing against your underwear. I wouldn't worry but you should be evaluated.
