Chest x-ray?: Not sure what is causing your pain. but I see that you had your gallbladder removed, so it's not that! It sounds like the pain is related to your breathing - and sometimes the problem may be related to your lungs. A small pneumothorax can present with pain in the rt shoulder area, although it would not explain the pain in your abdomen. Labwork would also help narrow down the cause.
