Probably not...: If only one of your eyes is red, it could indicate an infection or something else irritating your eye, but it is unlikely related to your period. Some women will feel a little lightheaded near or during their period, but if you have not been experiencing this level of lightheadedness with your past periods, then it is probably not normal either, and should probably be addressed by your doctor.
