What can having swollen lymph nodes cause?

Good health, maybe: Everybody has a few swollen lymph nodes around their bodies. If you feel well otherwise, and the nodes are not super-big or fixed to surrounding structures, they are your friends. Something as simple as going barefoot in the summer can make impressive nodes pop up in your groin. If you're asymptomatic, be happy.
