Healthy living : Eat a well balanced diet , exercise regularly , sleep well, avoid recreational drugs, tobacco and alcohol . Have your thyroid checked again as your medications may need adjustments . Also, have your doctor go over your meds to determine if having a low libido could be a med side effect . In addition, minimize stress . Current society is living fast paced lives leading to anxiety and depression.
