Swollen lymph node?: It may be a swollen lymph node due to a viral infection. It sounds like you are improving somewhat? Please see your physician if the pain and other symptoms persist or worsen. Most viral gastroenteritis lasts no more than 2 weeks. Keep up the good work resting and drinking fluids.
