No effect on acne: Do not waste your precious milk in this useless activity. After you are no longer nursing you can take a birth control pill and/or spironolactone if you still have acne. Some BC pills are much better for acne. Acne is related to hormones. Not related to food, stress, dirt. Not your fault. A dermatologist will help you. You can have light/laser treatments if nursing.
