Possibly: If the prescription is wrong, then the image perceived will be of lower quality than you expect - e.g. Distorted or blurred. This can result in your feeling strange. The glasses might also have the optics misaligned. If you ophthalmologist prescribed them recently, and you saw clearly when he did the refraction in the office, then it is possible they might be wrongly made. Have this evaluated.
