Injured Foot/ Ankle: Well, are you able to walk? Can you move your foot and ankle without pain? If it is swollen, most likely it is injured and you'll need to get a set of X-rays and an MRI in order to fully evaluate the extent of the injury. Immediately, you should put some ice on it, elevate your leg and try to get some rest. See your nearest foot and ankle specialist to further evaluate your ankle.
