Which planet we on?: Here on Earth there are no human beings who leak Grey matter into white matter. Do you have a report of some sort that you're looking at & trying to interpret? The only thing I can think of that would have any remote significance to what you're saying is called "heterotopia" which refers to islands of gray matter within white matter territory. Seizures are known to occur as a main manifestation.
