Caffeine: Caffeine can cause palpitations -- it's part of its pharmacological profile. It can also worsen anxiety, especially if you have an anxiety disorder. You could stop the caffeine and see what happens . . . You might feel a whole lot better.

Not unique to have a few PVC's (premature ventricular contractions), associated with caffeine. Although basically benign, could be rather irritating.
