Iffy: There have been several studies on the effects of garcinia cambogia. Some have suggested that it is an effective weight loss supplement. Others have found no benefit to the extract. It is though to act as an appetite suppressant. I am not aware of any explicit dangers, but I do suggest speaking with your doctor before starting any weight loss regimen.
