No: As far as I know there is no way to predetermine the sex of your baby. Trust me that you will be thrilled with a healthy baby of either sex once you see her or him.

You can try timing: Male producing sperms live about 3 days in an optimal environments, female producing sperms a couple of days longer. If you time the intercourse so you have 3 or more days before ovulation, the theory is that you would be more likely to have a gir.
