Ambiguous: There is not enough information in your question and none on your personal profile to give you any specific medical advice. Often times bad persistent smells represent a sinus infection.

Smell from mouth and nose is caused by poor oral hygiene or sinus infection. Smell from Vagina would be likely from a bacterial overgrowth called "Bacterial Vaginosis" (BV), which requires a prescription medicine to treat. Body odors or smelly gas can sometimes be due to dietary changes. If the smell is persistent, it is best to see your health care provider.

Need more info: Are you having trouble swallowing? If so you could be retaining food in your esophagus. If that is the case you need to see your doctor.
