Can you take loratidine while on paroxetine or is cetrizine better ?

Similar: There is no contraindication for using allergy medications with Paroxetine. Both of them Loratadine and Cetirizine are second generation antihistamines. These drugs have less side effects compared with first generation antihisamine s (diphenhydramine or benadryl). They are more effective and have less side effects like drowsiness. Personal preference is up to you.

You can take it.: Both loratidine and cetrizine have no reported interactions with paroxetine...according to the Epocrates database.
