You shouldn't: Both medications are in the same class called non-sedating antihistamines and are effective for 24 hours. They should not be taken at the same time.

Yes: Taking Loratadine in the morning and Cetirizine at night will help you avoid the drowsiness side effects some people feel with Cetirizine. This may help you if the Loratadine is not controlling your symptoms for the full 24 hours. If your allergies are that bad, you should consider an evaluation by an allergist.
