I had my perido a week ago now i am spotting and nausea could i be pregnant?

Maybe: Did you use any contraception? In any event do a home pregnancy test. If neg repeat in 7-10 days. If you still have spotting & nausea regardless of the home pregnancy tests see your OB-GYN.

Possible: If sexually active, it is prudent to get a pregnancy test. You can have spotting outside of your regular period which may be unrelated to pregnancy and should this recur see a GYN
