On dizziness: Dizziness is a common symptom caused by a number of different factors, some that are benign and some that are serious. I would be concerned about dizziness that affected walking severely, dizziness associated with long-lasting double vision, clumsiness in one arm, or intractable vomiting. Sometimes these are signs of a problem with the brain. Hope this helps!

Tinted glasses: Until you can do something more definitive try sunglasses for yourself. If appropriate you could see about getting tinted glass to cover the light fixture. See if your employer would consider a dimmer switch. If you are overly sensitive to the light compared to your colleagues you might want an eye exam to make sure it is not something going on with the eyes www.Medac4u.Com.

No simple answer...: Dizziness and fatigue is one of those things that we usually need a detailed medical history and physical to figure out. So many medical systems can cause dizziness: neurological, cardiac, vestibular, endocrine. It could be low blood sugar, low blood pressure, too little sodium, a medication side effect.... List can be pages long. I recommend having a thorough visit with your doctor.
