A member asked:

Why does my diaphragm get inflamed so easily? things like: reaching upward; lifting more than 10 pounds; leaning back cause diaphragm pain

Pain: How do you know it is your diaphragm? I doubt you are feeling any pain there. It is more likely your abdominal muscles that are stretching and causing discomfort. Perhaps you have a tear in the sheath covering the muscles or an abdominal hernia. If the pain persists see your doctor.
