How uncomfortable!!: You may need to have your periods made more regular with medicine and your ovaries checked with various tests. Other things should also be checked by your gynecologist. In the mean time, a heating pad set on low might help with the soreness. Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Motrin usually helps some as well.
