Sore in throat: Canker sores are rarely found in the back of the throat. That being said, If it is a canker sore, it will resolve itself in 7-10 days. You should consult a dentist, oral surgeon or ENT specialist to confirm exactly what type of sore you have in your throat. If it has lasted for more than 10 days, or if it has re-occured, have it checked ASAP.
